All Partners are eligible to participate in
the renewal process to assist Juniper
Networks in the contract renewal process.
The Juniper Networks Contracts Renewal team
will coordinate with the Partner and
end-user to develop a quote and ensure all
existing products are covered. Juniper
Networks will facilitate the purchase order
process between the Partner and the
end-user, leveraging Ingram Micro's
Licensing Desk to place the order. Juniper
Networks will issue the renewal contract
for the end-user and will register all
their serial numbers in the contract
system.
Renewal Process:
Partners in search of contract renewals for
Juniper solutions should gather the
end-user's contact information, the serial
numbers of the equipment to renew, and the
expiration dates of existing contracts (if
possible), then contact:
Once Juniper Networks creates the contract
quote number, the Partner may call Ingram
Micro's Licensing desk to get pricing or
place the order:
Reinstatement Policy
Juniper may require a product inspection
(or a reinstatement fee) before placing the
equipment under a new support services
contract. This is only necessary when the
standard warranty has ended, a
previously-purchased contract has expired,
or there has been a transfer of product
ownership. The inspection and reinstatement
fee is non-refundable and does not apply to
the purchase of the support services
contract.
